Having spent nine months in French Oak barriques the wine was bottled on the 20th February 2012. It displays a vibrant purple colour with aromas of sweet cherry and violets. On the palate there are hints of ripe plum with a dash of spice. Our wine has a wonderful silky finish with well integrated tannins.
The wine has been produced and bottled without the use of any fining agents.

This wine has achieved early success picking up Pure Bronze Medals in both the Bragato and Air New Zealand wine awards this year.
Having been handpicked 19th April 2012 our Gewurztraminer fruit has now been made into one single vineyard wine.
Displaying a pale straw colour it has floral aromas including lychee and pear and there is just a hint of spice to the nose. Sweet stone fruit, melons and ginger can be found on the palate with a touch of Turkish delight. The wine is mouth filling, well balanced with a rounded finish.This wine is now avalible and is drinking particularly nicely. Make sure it is on your summer, lunchtime, wine list!
After an interesting season the 2012 Pinot Noir fruit was of excellent quality. Aged in French Oak and bottled in February of 2013 this wine is ready for release. It displays purple hues with aromas of dark fruit. On the palate there are hints of savoury mushroom and a dash of spice. The wine has a wonderful silky finish with fine grained tannins. It has also achieved success gaining a silver medal in the 2013 Bragato Wine Awards.
